Moved me into an apartment and the washer in the unit is full of mold, it smells horrendous and Amanda is refusing to provide a solution, not to mention nothing in this unit was clean but I had to pay a deposit and have to come in and clean top to bottom. These folks do not care about tenant satisfaction at all they just want your money then they ignore you.

Absolute worst property management team iv ever endured. the past reviews are correct in the fact they’re slumlords. i lived in a rat and mice infested house with nothing i could do to fix it without doing damage to the property. i was very clean left the house in better condition then received and they proceeded to take half of the security deposit for a cleaning business that doesn’t exist. I filed a claim with the BBB and i suggest you do to. These people should not be allowed to get away with what they’re doing and i truly hope you’re not reading this in the situation i was in. There was many more issues i can’t even take the time to go into but save yourself the headache and find another property.

I wish I could give a better review. I would suggest staying away from this company. I rented a property from SREG Property Management, President/Owner Mr. Dobbins after I sold my home in 2022. I signed a one year lease, when I moved into the property. There were something that needed to be done. Cleaning the cabinets ( There was food in them) behind the microwave, fridge had crumbs in it. There were a couple walls that looked like a kid took a pen and colored it. I didn’t say anything I just took care of it.I always paid my rent ahead of schedule and I looked after this property like it was my own. Upon moving out I patch any holes from pictures, painted the walls, and cleaned everything from head to toe. I lined all the cabinets with cabinet liners and mowed the grass and trim the bushes. I left a 300.00 car ramp for the drive because the driveway had a pretty hard dip. When I received my deposit (which it took 3 weeks and many times reaching out) I only received a partial. Mr Dobbins charged me a 275.00 cleaning fee for a house that was super clean and ready to move in. I haven’t rented a lot mostly owned, this company left a sour taste in my mouth and reminded me that there are still many crooked companies and people still here in our very own backyard. Please beware of this company!

I've rented with Sreg PM for the last 3 years and they are great! They will work with you. Have not had any major issues left unresolved. When having a maintenance issue, they always respond in in a timely manner and resolve my issues. Thanks Jonathan and Amanda!

All of the stairs at the complex I live at are all rusted out with steps falling, it’s a huge safety hazard especially for the kids, the property management is refusing to address the issue, I’ve already contacted Zillow and they will be blocking this company from publishing rents on there site, next step is to contact 7 on your side and get these slumlords on the news and then sue them. This is the worst property management company I’ve ever came across
