Lived in a duplex off of Oak with this company for almost 3 years and the landlords were always on it if I had an issue and I also was returned my deposit after my stay. I would highly suggest living here if you need a good two bed two bath place that’s not too expensive! I also loved the stained concrete floors!

Shaver Properties took great care of us! We rented one of the townhomes from them in Ingram Village and it was a great space for our family and Shaver Properties took good care of us through the whole process. A lot better than all our other experiences renting in Conway. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

I had a great experience with this company. Definitely the best value I have gotten for my dollar of any place I've rented in terms of both residence and neighborhood quality. Maintenance issues were few and far between, and they always showed up in a timely fashion to get them fixed.

I truly enjoyed renting from Shaver Properties. They were the only place that would allow me to have my dog and my sister's cat in the unit. We were in the newer units and they were very nice. Jeremy was very professional and any issues that came up were taken care of swiftly. I would highly recommend renting from them if you have the opportunity.

Great landlords! Always answered or returned our calls within minutes if we had a problem, and they were out ASAP to fix any problem we had. We were there for nearly two years before getting our own place, and if we had to rent again we would only rent from Shaver. So if you want a nice and clean place to live with amazing landlords at a very reasonable price, give them a call!!

Good property, but when it was time to move, we were told we wouldn’t get a deposit back because it wasn’t cleaned. We cleaned the property, but I guess it wasn’t up to their standards. I understand taking out a cleaning fee, but to not get a deposit back at all? It costs $700 to pay someone to clean a house now?

I've rented an Apt from Shaver Properties in the past. I moved away about 8 months ago. its now July 2014 and Im about to sign I Lease again with them. They Always was good to me. I had a Ice box go out at my past Apt. I called Jeremy Shaver around 7:30 in the after noon and told him my Icebox was not working. the next morning around 10:30 am He was there with a new one for me. that's taking good care of your Tenants in my book. When I moved in it was clean and everything was great. if I had any problems I knew it was ok to call at anytime. if I called and got a voice mail I received a call back with in 10 min or less. I'm Excited about moving back to one of the Shaver Properties, I know they will keep there word and provide me with a nice, safe, and clean home to live in. I wanted to put this on here so people will know this is a Great company and Good Down to earth people to rent from.
