At first our experience started off just fine. But this company is very disorganized and it is extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to speak to. They lose paperwork right and left and we had to continue to turn in the same information several times. Do not understand how they can lose papers when it is all digital. We gave up and moved on. To be fair Ann who does the pre processing and gathering of paperwork I believe has to do this for all their locations so I think she might be over worked. But we turned everything in and sometimes 2 or 3 times. We found something else thankfully. Unprofessional would be my top word for them.

Cody was the perfect host! He answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was very easy to reach. He was awesome. The apartment was very nice and very clean. A very easy drive to Family Search Library and eating places. My sister and I really enjoyed our sister time together. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Reeder did an excellent job of being available for any concerns or questions we had and was always very timely in responding to our maintenance requests. They felt like they cared about our experience as renters. Zoe in particular was very professional and worked to take care of us through the end of our renting experience.

Reeder will make you pay the HOA fee so they make mounds of money at your expense. They will not tend to your properties garden, have yard workers come at early mornings and wake you up by working right outside your windows, and the properties will not be cleaned before entry. When I moved into this apartment, nothing was cleaned and there was dirt everywhere and grease all over the kitchen. They will nickel and dime you for every single thing possible, truly a greedy company.

I stayed for 6 days, and it was perfect. The apartment is located in the Avenues, which is quiet and beautiful. The unit is located inside a house with two levels. The unit is on the second floor. I occasionally heard when other people came up the stairs, but other than that, I never heard anyone else. The neighbors are quiet. The unit is exactly like the pictures show. It has everything I needed and it is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the downtown area. Cody was very proactive in his communications. I would stay here again.

Everything was super clean, well stocked kitchen, cozy beds, great location. Living room comfortable to hang out in. View from dining room table is beautiful. Highly recommend.
