Unless you are a multi million dollar client or want renters who are, I would not use this firm. They do not communicate, they treat you as if you are a vendor rather than a client, and are not interested in helping you unless you need a million square feet.

I own 2 furniture stores in 2 different states and I am opening a 3rd in Little Rock. I have tried to get them to show me two of their spaces they are listing and they have pushed me off for over 2 months.

Honestly this never to forget birthday experience at Arthur's was worth every penny/oops I mean dollar. The food is great and comes in extra lg portions. And the staff...THANK YOU! Mark&Marsha
