This morning I found a property I was potentially interested in purchasing. I contacted the listed agent and the number listed was to a fax machine. That then prompted me to follow up with realty company that was also listed. When I called I spoke with someone by the name of Kelly. She was rude and didn’t offer me any assistance. I properly introduced myself and before I could get my full sentence out. She stated that “we only work with the agents” and disconnected the line. In my search of homes, this has been the most unpleasant experience that I’ve ever encountered.
