100% do not recommend. Save your hard earned money and go else where! I wish we would have pulled out just prior to closing like we were going too, but didn't because we had watched this house be built from the ground up! This is a house not a home! Meritage is AWFUL in every aspect, please please please do not waste your money!! I have to spend nearly every free day I have waiting on trades to come in and make repairs and that's even if they show. These photos are only the tip of the iceberg.

Just visit a friends brand new house and could not beleive all the details that it had. They when in the house because they had bo other choice after almost a years wait for contruction of their. Definetly not what is expected of buying a new home.
