Stephanie is the absolute best! She helped me find my rental home so quickly and made the entire process stress-free. She showed me all the properties I wanted to see in just one day and took care of everything from start to finish—communication, paperwork, you name it! I truly felt supported every step of the way.
Wayne is amazing too, he used to be our property manager and was always so kind and responsive. Any maintenance issues were handled right away. Wayne Songy & Associates is a top-notch team, and I can’t recommend them enough!

We had such an amazing experience with our agent, Holley! She was there for any question, concern, and worry. She made sure our process of both buying and selling went as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend using her. She was able to get us extra things that none of our neighbors were given in their homes (new build). They have managed my rental property for one year now and I have absolutely 0 complaints. This team has been absolutely amazing since day 1! All the work of having a rental property is done for you at a low cost and I LOVE that they do background checks on all possible tenants. They also do 6 month checks on your property to make sure it’s being kept up and taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them more! (:

So holly and her maintenance team have recently taken over our apartment as the property management and I can say every interaction we’ve had so far with her and her maintenance team have been great. They’ve dealt with all our or issues the old property management ignored and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve even gone above and beyond and taken care of some other problems we’ve had. If you’re looking for a professional and attentive property management company they are definitely the team to work with.
