Lived here for a few months while attending Eastern Arizona College. Fantastic place to live. Really awesome landlords too. The apartments were very nice and quite spacious. The rent while I was there was very reasonable and easily split between the 4 of us that lived there. It was only a 5 minute walk from the school as well as lots of other places in Thatcher. Loved it!!

Cheap, relatively close to everything. The biggest problem is in the landlords. They couldn’t seem to decide on any form of consistency with their residents, and maybe they just particularly disliked us. The trailer was gross, as you might expect, when we moved in. We painted the entire thing and didn’t get a dime for our work, though our neighbor got reimbursed for a little painting. Rent is the same regardless if your trailer has 1 or 2 baths. There were no smoke alarms, we bought our own and took them when we left. An air vent broke and they didn’t fix it. The boards covering the bottom broke we fixed it ourselves after weeks of them not doing anything. They didn’t fix two doors when they also broke from regular use. The cabinets were falling apart, and while they replaced other tenants ours were left sagging. When they did fix something they always left things behind; we had two ladders by our house, paint brushes and open paint (when they stopped painting the porch halfway), yard equipment (some of it sharp and we have our daughter playing outside), though they often didn’t mow. We told them the door to the vacant trailer next door had its door open, it was open still when we moved months later. We replaced all the blinds and left the house spotless and they gave us part of our down deposit. THey said they’d walk through with us initially but changed they’re mind later and left no reason for only giving us some back. We tried to call them several times to return the key and they got back to us after we had left and were states away. Apparently they thought they were “leaving messages” but they never called once. It’s obvious they take more time to run their greasy restaurant than actually taking care of the housing.

Best place to live in college. You'll meet tons of people living here because you'll be surrounded by college students. Pretty nice clean apartments. Just don't expect your deposit back even if you leave the apartment spotless.

Went to purchase furniture from a moving tenant. Apartments were very nice and quite spacious. The tenant also mentioned that rent was very affordable.
