RUDEST salespeople I've yet to meet in AZ. Heavy man rolled his eyes and acted as if we were doing him a favor walking in. I seriously can't believe the terrible customer service. Surprise Realty, get an UPBEAT stylish receptionist to greet potential clients. The heavy set man and lady in there today are doing you NO FAVORS.

Just okay. The way they calculate your stay you lose a day you pay for by having to check out by noon on the last paid day. Extra fees and charges. All about the buck.

I have had several encounters with them in the last year. Avoid them if at all possible, they are unresponsive and I believe take questionable shortcuts in dealing with their clients.
