Buying a home is the single largest purchase most us make in our lifetime. It’s a very stressful process even when everything goes right. Having an agent you trust is imperative. Someone that has your best interests first and foremost. Our home purchase was a challenge to say the least. Between the pandemic related supply chain issues and labor shortage we were lucky to have four walls and a roof over our head when it was all said and done. Janelle helped us navigate the entire process from start to finish. She is probably the most meticulously thorough person I have ever met. She caught so many mistakes in the builder’s contract that she had to rewrite it herself. Even a year after our closing she continues to advise us on warranty issues.
