I can't say enough great things about Jennifer and Amanda. Dealing with the sale of a loved one's home while living out of state is a daunting experience. But from the moment I signed the contract until closing they made sure everything ran smoothly. They provided constant updates regarding open houses, marketing analysis, and private showings. They were there to give home access to any inspectors, handymen, etc.-they even returned a cable box I had left behind! Again, if you want to sell your home (or buy one) Jennifer and Amanda are your "Sisters"!

Jennifer and Amanda were wonderful during our entire process. I knew we were in capable caring hands. They worked with us buying our house, got us past a plumbing problem before escrow closed, gave us good people to work with and we closed early. The next step was the estate sale, went well. Lots sold then house cleaned out and cleaned up for sale and sold 1st weekend. Once again escrow closed early! Couldn't be happier! They were right on it every step of the way and were good communicators. I highly recommend them. And I am picky!

Amanda and Jennifer were great assets in our move to Sun City, AZ. They know this local market well and guided us in finding a home to downsize into after the last of our children were off on their own. One thing I especially appreciated was their NOT trying to get us to move up our budget range to a more expensive home. I dislike it when RE agents do that.

Not only did they handle our estate sale and made the whole process painless and speedy but they then helped us with remodeling and updating our property at a reasonable cost.
