I was first introduced to Carla via her website at www.carlayoung.com. I was immediately impressed with her presentation of Sun City, the amount of information she offered, and particularly her videos. Having bought and sold a half dozen homes in the past, most often the realtors have been high energy salespersons juggling many clients at one time. With Carla, I found her to be more relaxed, easy to communicate with, responsive and personable. More than any realtor from the past, her willingness to assist in every way possible, went WAY BEYOND the call of duty. When you are making a long-distance move (7 states away in my case), having someone you can totally trust is a Godsend!
Carla provided me with transportation, long-distance videos of properties, took care of my vehicle when it arrived, connected me to contractors, monitored their work and kept me updated. She did my final walk through, orchestrated my home inspection, collected mail, and did wonderful negotiations on my behalf with the sellers. She even continued to assist me for several weeks BEYOND the closing up until we arrived! If concerns arose, she immediately addressed and resolved them, and she always maintained a helpful, positive attitude.
