Noisy and old washing machine and dryer, The air conditioner breaks down more than 5 times a month, and the master room does not cool down unless the living room vent is closed (team's solution). It hasn't been fixed in over 2 weeks since the last breakdown. Installed a window air conditioner. It's very noisy so it's hard to sleep.

Nice and big apartments with a beautiful view. The parking lot is tricky at first with a moving truck but we managed to deal with it for a day. The manager is nice,welcoming and helpful. The maintenance are on it as soon as you put in a request they are also nice as well. You have to make sure you spray for the bugs and keep up with everything so you dont have any issues. We love our apartment and would like to enjoy living here but It is just impossible to relax during the day and sleep through out a night with our children, our upstairs neighbors are always stomping, slamming doors, dragging furniture, thumping and dropping stuff from 11pm to 6am the next morning we have to work and kids have school. We have been dealing with this since the first day we moved in its non stop and just inconsiderate. They drop trash onto our patio and let their visitors park in our spot too. We just moved into this nice place we shouldnt have to be putting up with this 24/7. Is there any quiet hours ?

If I was a health and safety inspector, I would permanently close the doors to this establishment.

I was lied to by staff, about getting my floors, redone, fresh paint, and a clean safe unit. I walked in to water damage cabinets, mismatch paint all over the walls and holes in my drywall. Uneven base throughout the walls. Broken windows, torn screens, and my storage unit on the back porch ceiling was about to collapse. They have no problem showing you the nice put together models. But then when it comes time to get you into an apartment, it’s trashed. I had all my furniture, packed up and ready to go and ready to move in until I found all kinds of issues with the unit. Water damage, black mold, a giant centipede, toilet that was leaking and much more issues I wanted to deal with. I immediately canceled my lease agreement and took my $3600 cashiers check back to the bank. Make sure you check the unit thoroughly before moving in.

The stay was fine, but still waiting for my security deposit return after giving them more than adequate move-out notice (+60 days). My move out date was 8/16, and we left the apartment spotless with video proof.
Management is not good at answering the phone or emails. Hard to get solid answers in person.

Crazy how they are all over you if they're late, but they take their sweet time with returns they are required by AZ law within 14-19 business days....

Would not recommend based on management.

Update: Went in in-person to find out about my security deposit return and was told it was pending a final bill and I might see it in early October. We shall see.

The management here is absolutely terrible. You pay $2000+ for rent and you get the landlord special moving in. Paint jobs are terrible and things will be broken. We had to call maintenance 4 times for them to finally realize that our water heater was actually broken and not just “going out.” You can hear everything going on in the apartment above yours. These apartments are incredibly over priced for what you get.

New Tenant here, it was an easy process with the application and move in. We rushed to move in! Our unit is perfect. There are minor imperfections but it's still definitely worth the rent costs. Also, there aren't that many 3-bedroom apartments in town to choose from. It seems like the complex is getting revamped and my neighbors seem to love it here. Some have been here for 5+ years. Thats tells me how awesome this complex is! Thanks Adrian for the tour!

What a disgusting place ! The management here is so bad ! Talk to the residents like garbage , everything always breaking . Never fix anything ! The parking here sucks . The jacuzzi is nasty . The porches on peoples apartments here look like hoarders ! They never clear ice , I slipped numerous times , lucky I didn’t sue you ! They have hundreds of complaints online with the housing department ! Huge liars , they will lie and respond blaming tenants and stating we left on bad terms, but we left on our own , keep lying I’ll see you in court for defamation of character , liars , we left on our own to get away from overcharging every month and your nasty staff, place is nasty … run
