Paula went out of her way on every occasion to be sure that we were always up to date with market conditions while we were selling our house. In the final week of closing I ended up in the hospital unexpectedly and Paula literally took care of EVERYTHING - including helping us move and a couple of minor repairs the sellers requested! Just recently Paula called and reminded me to do a one year walk through on our new house just in case there was any reason we would need to contact our home warranty company before the warranty period was up. PST Realtors with National Realty of Prescott. If you are looking for someone who will overpromise and under deliver at every turn, this is the realty company for you. They say they will do one thing and then do something completely different. They make excuses for anything and everything. They make repeated assurances that they are looking out for you and then fail to do so. Very disappointing and expensive experience.

The response from the broker, who did not give a name or phone number but said we should have contacted him or her, underscores my point. Shouldn’t you be contacting us as a concerned business owner to try and determine how you can improve your processes or correct your deficiencies? In case you don’t know, this sale was long distance so we had to rely on your realtors for all the necessary activities. So everything that went on had to be handled over the phone or via email. And it did not all go off as flawlessly as you seem to think. For the record, we did NOT get more than we expected in terms of the sale amount. We got well below the asking price. And the transaction did not go off without a hitch. I’ve documented all of it if you’d care to know. And as of this writing we still have not received our funds from the sale—so now we get to deal with the title company your realtors recommended. Your response is typical of this company—make excuses, put the blame elsewhere, make it our problem instead of yours. If you were truly interested in providing great customer service then YOU would have contacted US. Your realtors have our number. Perhaps it would be wise to check with clients now and then to see how things are going. As I understand it, that’s a best practice among quality sales teams. Might be something to consider before you pocket that exorbitant amount of money you got from this sale. I stand by my original post.
