Pinetree Mgmt and the owner Christine Miles are completely unprofessional in how they handle their HOA’s! If you want your owners in your HOA to be ripped off, use Pinetree. They are negligent in their responsibilities as a management company. I got an annual statement that was due by the end of January 2020 and did not find out until we sold the property in June 2020 that they had not received our payment and escrow said we owed late fees and additional fees. If Pinetree and Christine Miles were doing their job, they would have sent follow up mailings or notifications. We own 4 parcels and to be charged on 4 parcels for 5 months of late fees and additional fees with no notice is completely unacceptable and unprofessional of any management company. Christine Miles said they mail monthly statements and that’s completely false. I spoke with my realtor today who is representing another seller in our community and the same thing has happened to the other seller they represent. I’m pretty sure if I started poking around in the community I’d find more. I’ve been asking for over a week now for statements to be emailed so I can rectify payment on all properties before we go into a new month and I get charged more fees. Fun stuff!
