Rent Right is EXCEPTIONAL! I cannot praise their team enough for their patience, communication, and flexibility. My husband and I were commuting to the area while rental hunting and they worked with our schedule. I mainly conversed with Jessica and I had to have sent her so many emails that felt like novels, and she answered all of my questions and showed nothing but patience throughout the whole process. We even had a small snag in moving to the area and the team was very understanding and helped adjust our timeline. We are SO grateful for the Rent Right team for helping us find the perfect rental with such a great team supporting us!

I am not one to usually write reviews but Rent Right definitely deserves a 5 star. I have been a tenant in one of their properties for 9 months now. We’ve had a few very minor maintenance issues that have all been solved quickly and efficiently. Tonight (4th of July) we came home at 11pm and our AC unit had stopped working while we were gone. I put in a maintenance request and within minutes got a text from Hunter and he offered to get us a unit in the morning. This company (especially Hunter) truly cares about their tenants and always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. I will confidently recommend Rent Right to anyone who is looking to rent in the Prescott area.

My daughter wanted to live off campus. After goggle search I came across RentRight's excellent reviews. So I decided to use them to help find a leased apartment. Jessica and her staffs are very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant people to work with. We were not always in 1st position which was frustrating but they were truly honest and fair to all applicants. Unlike other rental property agencies they skip right over you and not as friendly and fair like Jessica and her entire staffs. The positive reviews were correct. They sure did deliver! I highly, highly, recommend them!! They were great. I'm so glad we stuck with RentRight. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Thank you Jessica!

First time renting from Rent Right, highly recommend! We applied, were shown the property, turned in all required paperwork (alot was required but that is just because they mean business!), and we're given the keys. All in a week! They work fast, are thorough, friendly and helpful. Thanks Rent Right!

The first year was great until the landlord hired a management company. They couldn't ever get the lease right, as we had to sign it multiple times during our lease renewal. Always another excuse and empty promises from them, and a complete lease change that made us uncomfortable to live there. After all the upgrades (which I understand isn't counted for anything), but the repairs, missing wall outlet covers, the outside yard, and basic upkeep since the day we moved in.
They were required to send us our deposit back but did not until nearly a month later with more excuses to explain why. They deducted for things that made no sense. My yard was most well kept on the street and I took pride in keeping it. All the trash that was buried in that dirt I've removed during the time I lived there. The large garden i had and took down. Still left better than we got it.(Trust that the yard looked terrible when we moved in) Did a full sweep before move out for any weeds or anything. So if they required a landscaper after we moved out it's because they waited too long to inspect the property so obviously the yard grew, but I guess that's on my dime right?
We have pictures of how the place looked after we left, and we're insulted by how they deducted so much from the deposit. Point is to find another option if you can. They will find a way to garnish your deposit no matter what you do. I can understand a couple things, drains get clogged and such, but minor issues get taken care of by management company. . Why is it that the lease basically calls for you to renovate the whole house before leaving? That's the property owner or management companies job. That's how it works.

I've been a tennent with rent right for 3 years now and ever sense day one they have been absolutely fantastic and helpful, but for some reason now send the house is being sold and we have to leave with 2 months notice everything changed with one inspection. The inspector has been rude and disrespectful to me and my family and has harassed and given violations for something we never did is appaling, all while we plan on where too move! I'd love to recommend them but if this is how they treat long term tennents who are leaving the property I can't say anything remotely good about this company.

So I can get a reply on a post to talking about their shady actions but have yet to get a reply to my 5 attempts to understand and talk to any manager or supervisor. Good cover-up for your public image.
