This gave us time to see what the market was doing and to decide if putting our house on the market was really what we wanted. When we finally made the decision we followed her lead and had an appraisal done to be sure we were pricing it correctly. Best money we could have spent.
Debra was always positive even when we were doubtful about the house selling within 9 months to a year. She chose homes to look at that were what we were looking for, as far as square footage, and was available to take us to look at them quickly. I think we were all surprised when our home sold within such a short time.
