So unprofessional! They called me bieng disrespectful and they have the audacity to hand up and when i call back the pick the phone up and hang up.

They charged me a fee to brake my lease and still are making me carry out the lease when theyve done nothing to promote the building or anything. So there for i shouldnt be charged a fee.

I call and ask for a call back and never get one.

It sounds like such a toxic work place i feel sorry for rhea. That's probably why she got out of there and she was the most professional one.

Property management is a tough business. Tenants constantly make things interesting and owners can be incredibly demanding. Keeping everyone happy at once is a serious challenge. The team of strong women at PMI Northern Arizona juggle it all and make it look easy, and they remain professional, courteous, and collaborative through it all. I can only imagine how many times the phone rings every day or how many emails must cascade into their inboxes, but they never lose their focus on providing the very best service they can to each individual client.

I primarily worked with Sarah and Asia and I can tell you that they're both well-suited for this work. They're confident in their skills and have the knowledge and experience to back it up. Both of them have been very responsive to my needs and have always communicated quickly and clearly. They've kept my property continuously rented with excellent tenants and they immediately jump on issues that need attention. I've been highly impressed with both Sarah and Asia in all my interactions with them.

Anyone who tells you that property management is easy and recommends that you do it yourself just doesn't know how hard it can be. Anyone who's worked with PMI of Northern Arizona knows that they rise to this challenge every day and do the best job possible for tenants and owners alike. I give them high marks for all the excellent service I've received over the years!

We arrived at our reserved property to find it occupied by someone who had fraudulently obtained access to the property, and had moved in. Despite it being nearly 10:00 PM at night, a PMI representative personally came to the property to determine what had happened. They were able to show us multiple properties near by, providing a property which was equal to or probably better than the one we reserved. We will probably work directly with PMI in the future, taking the guess work out of property listings.

Misleading and unresponsive: Turning our former home into a short term rental and was referred to PMI. Spent several months communicating with them but in the end the preliminary information they gave turned out to be very misleading regarding their fee structure and services provided. They claimed a lower than average management fee of 17% but once reading the fine print it's actual an additional 7% "guest fee" but comes out of the same pot of rental income so it's really 24%. Also, spent lots of time completing their paperwork, providing property photos, etc.
Then as these questions clarifying fee structure were being asked, right as we were furnished, cleaned, and ready to list the property, they completely stopped responding despite multiple follow-ups. Then almost a month later I hear from them "so sorry for the late reply, we were too busy......" Misleading and a total waste of my time, ultimately delayed getting our property to market by several weeks.

Sarah and her team at PMI have managed my properties since around 2016 and working with them has been my pleasure! They will work to figure out the way you prefer to communicate and keep you in the loop on everything you need to know. They are stern when necessary and have a caring approach when it comes to tenants. They are knowledgable about the area and will strive to get you fair rents. Their knowledge of the area goes beyond fair rent values, taxes, regulations etc. It has truly been a pleasurable experience seeing them grow as a company over the last handful of years!

I would have to say in the beginning it started off great. However, now that I suspended my rental I can see the disappointment. I was told there would be an inventory of all items in the home and apparently this was not done. I also gave an approval for a chair to be removed but now being g in my co do they remove the loveseat instead. There was also a roju I. O e of the rooms that went missing. When I asked about the inventory list they said they were not provided one. This was told to me that they wold take inventory. When I mentioned the loveseat they said I approved the removal on anything g to make the place work. I advises of the missing rokuanlo estate and got crickets. I have now sent 2 emails with no response. I was also told th whatever gets removed is either stored in a garage or put into someone else's place if needed. Ut still no response of the loveseat or for them to replace my missing roku a whole $30 item. When I suspended my term we were going to change the locks but the key wasn't priveded to us so we had to make another trip. The renters pay for a cleaning fee however when I walked into the condo the floors were dirty, there was a full load of laundry in the dryer, and linens were rolled and showed in the closet. The last renter I had in the place was a month prior so they had plenty of time ro clean up and leave the condo the way it was given. So now I am missing a loveseat and roku and PMI takes zero accountability. The staff is pleasant however that does not take the place of professionalism. If u decide to habethem be your property manager I would definitely make sure u do allthe leg work and documentation versus taking thier word. I was new at all of this and honestly this place is not for the newly acquired property owners. not to mention the photos for the people to view the place to rent shows the sofa and loveaeat but when they show up that is not what they got*
