He not only has great knowledge of the metro area in general, he has extensive "niche knowledge" which creates very successful relationships between owners, tenants, and the neighborhoods in which they operate. Did a walkthrough with Jose for a couple locations but NEVER heard back about moving forward and paying a deposit on a store front. I tried emailing several times, including the day of and the day after the look through wanting to make offers/sign papers but was ignored. This is weeks later now with absolutely no follow up. Very poor customer service and I will most definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

I was working with TJ to find a location for my growing business and it is clear they do not care about customer service. Getting follow up as committed was near impossible. I do not recommend these agents.
