Can I give 0 stars? This company is a fraud. Get ready to receive letters for violations for no matter what! Never answer the phone, no communication! I will be reporting this company to the BBB! Consumer be AWARE!

OH AND YES, ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS! This speaks a lot about this business! YES, I live in one of the communities this company manages. Don't ever let SPMG become your HOA management company, you will want to move!

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE. They never pick up the phone, there is no communication, but they are prompt on sending you notices for having your grass 1/2' tall. What a waste of HOA money sending these stupid letters. They don't even take care of the community grounds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!

Worst HOA management group I have ever seen. No communication. Never tells you when its time to pay dues and changes the dates for when they are suppose to be paid so then you get charged late fees and "admin" fees. Never proves where money is going we just have to take them at their word. they want to fine you for "your grass being too high" or "bushes need to be trimmed" but they don't maintain anything. They blame everyone else for their shortcomings. If I could leave no stars I would. Might as well be a scam.

Awesome response time, Joana called me right away after I left a message! Wonderful customer service, handled my issue quickly and efficiently. Joana was great to work with. As an HOA, they are not typical, very easy to deal with. So far, happy camper. 🙂

I would like to brag on Tara for all the hard work she does. We live in a neighborhood where there are a lot of adults who act like "kids". Actually I think it stems from jealousy of the amazing life myself and family get to live. Haha

But she has these people constantly nagging and just wasting her time and she always handles it like a champ with a smile on her face. I appreciate you and I know that many others do too!

I am so pleased with SPMG. Sarah and Ashley have been so helpful and understanding with my requests. Sarah actually helped me obtain a plot plan of my property when I was unable to find mine. They were very understanding when my storm door was on back-order, and I asked for some extra time for the install. I have never had an HOA company willing to work with residents and their approvals. Thank you Sarah & Ashley!
