So I currently rent from this property agency and I am very blessed. What do you have been given the opportunity to live in the house that I live in when no one else was willing to give us a chance they did. We're gonna be going on 3 years living in the house that we live in. And renting from premier properties. And they are very respectful, honest and if you have a issue or situation, they are on top of it really fast. I'm gonna recommend this company to anybody who's looking for a place to rent? Or even buy a home, they are the best. And I have rented from almost every company in this town.

Carol made the process very easy to help me find my new home. I highly recommend going through kingman premier properties. They helped me find a place to rent and helped in ways that other places wouldn't. I love my apartment and am happy with what I'm paying for it. (Especially compared to the other places in kingman and the prices they are asking for a two bedroom apartment). Again, I highly recommend!

Dawn Brannies- was our landlord. We have never received our deposit back. Instead she gives ridiculous charges just so she won’t have to pay. We lived there for 6 yrs. She’s charging for lightbulbs, toilet seat covers, charging for window screens (that were shown on her photos), went without heat for over 2 almost 3 months (blamed owner, when it was her responsibility to fix it and then deal with the owner), minor holes in the wall, flooding in the garage, money for yard cleanup (so many weeds) also the fire doors which all of these already needed to be fixed. Never set up a move-out appointment. How do I know we caused all this? (It could all been done after). When we asked for paperwork she sent 2 different prices on both. States we moved out on one day and changed it to another date. Friendly to your face but screw’s you in the end. All for herself and not her clients!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

Fantastic! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and Dawn Brannies was the best realtor for a first time homeowner! Every question and concern I had she took the time to explain to me in a way a non-realtor could understand. When my house closed she went out of her way to come to me to sign papers and give me my key! I will take my business to Kingman Premier Properties for buying, selling, renting and managing as long as I am in Kingman! Thank you Dawn for a great experience!
