Kathy was awesome!!!! She helped me purchase 2 rental properties here in Kingman. She took care of every detail for me. Got both purchased and closed in about 6 weeks. She knew how to handle every situation. These were 1031 exchanges. My first time doing this kind of purchase so I was so glad she knew how to handle all issues. I was very relieved to have her help. Kathy Helton was very helpful when Elizabeth and I decided to relocate from Sacramento to Kingman. Kathy adjusted her schedule to show properties to us when we could come to Kingman, She kept us up to date on market changes. With the house we decided upon Kathy took time to give us a live video stream allowing us to view the property prior to traveling to view the house in person When we made a decision on our new residence in Kingman, Kathy was on top of getting inspections etc completed to meet our very short escrow period.
We would highly recommend Kathy to anyone seeking a residence or property in the Kingman, AZ ares.
