The building of your house will be just fine structurally. Make sure you oversee the the building of any amenities such as the septic and well. Make sure you yourself have these items tested to ensure that they are proper. I am in the process of selling my house and as it stands I now have to put in a new septic system because they say that it is too close to the water table. Of course everyone involved uses the excuse that it is in Salcha and the water table rose 5 feet since the house was built 5 years ago. I don't know because I took everyone's word for it that everything was proper. Now I pay when I can't and there is no profit at all in the sale. So take heed and check everything yourself before taking possession of the house. Otherwise I can only state that the structure of your house will be just fine.
