Joe and Cassie worked very hard to help me find the house that fit me. They were both very persistent and did their best to keep me on my toes! The house that we found was posted and not 30 minutes passed when Cassie called me to tell me we would be the first to view it. It was the perfect home! Highly recommend Joe and Cassie, although I'm sure the rest of the Summit Realty team is just as great. Very friendly and professional. We worked with Jewel and she really did a great job. There were several hurdles that we had to get through to find a very specific house so meet the needs of our large diverse family. She was very patient, helpful and never once pushy at all. We ended up with a house in our price range that met our needs.

I just sold a house today using Madden. It sold for $272,500. I was going to use Summit but when Jewel from Summit said she would not list it for any thing over $230k, I went to Madden. Summit almost made me lose $40,000. Be careful and ask for a second opinion.

Bought a house and trusted the realtor from Summit Realty...they didn't disclose half of the things wrong with the house to include code issues. Very dissatisfied...do not use them.
