Without a doubt my all time go to realtor! Megan knows how to sell a house and is even an expert when you need to purchase one. She is the only person I call if I’m selling or buying. Megan was absolutely critical to the sale of our home. It’s difficult to get things done when you live over 4000 miles away so Megan took charge and made sure that all the repairs were complete. She found the best contractors at the best price and followed up to make sure the job was done correctly. She even helped to clean the house and garage, and her husband mowed the lawn after our renters vacated the property. She had the house sold with a full price offer even before it was officially on the market! She is a hard worker and did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend her as a first choice for any buyer or seller!!
