I had the great privilege of using the services of Meyeres Real Estate when I moved to Alaska many years ago and again when I needed to sell my home to move back to Nebraska. They are incredibly efficient at getting your home on the market immediately and getting the price you need when you buy or sell. It was a very easy, pleasant interaction. They led me to the right people for a home loan and made my whole process of getting settled in to my new homes easy. When I lost the love of my life and had to sell my home and move back to Nebraska they were kind and caring and sold my home in the middle of the Alaskan winter quickly and I got the price I needed. You can't go wrong using Meyeres Real Estate

I’m Audrey’s daughter and her assistant/employee and I feel compelled to write a response to the negative review by Maia Corinne. This lady did not have her house listed with us, we do not know who she is and she did not interact with Audrey. As anyone who knows Audrey would agree, she would never be rude or give “false information.” Accusing Audrey of giving false information is an extremely dire accusation as Audrey is one of the most respected real estate professionals in her industry in Fairbanks. She has been on the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors Ethics Committee and served on multiple boards in her career – other Realtors have called her for advice many times over the years. Giving false information is a potentially career ending action and Realtors take this very seriously. Most likely Maia Corinne did not like the outcome of the offer she provided as there are many situations where the seller does not respond in a timely or preferred manner and there is little to nothing the person representing them can do. We invite Maia Corinne to take her complaint to someone who has knowledge about this industry and get both sides of the story. It goes to show what one skewed reviewer can do when they get on a soapbox and want revenge for a deal gone wrong. Her review amounts to defamation of character and was clearly done in anger. She should withdraw it.

Audrey has been me and my husband Steve Hallsten’s realtor for the past 15 years. We have bought and sold some 17 homes in that time frame. My husband is a general contractor and we flip houses in our spare time. Not only do we use Audrey when buying a home we use her when we sell them....all of them we only use Audrey . She has 30 plus years of experience in this town. She is always honest, patient, and matter of fact. People get pretty uptight buying homes—- her sage advice has been priceless to us over the years. Professional, straightforward, educated, top notch staff, and always responsive. Last month we looked at 2 houses on a Sunday night because that was when we could go. See how many other realtors do that.

Audrey Foldoe is NOT a good realtor to work with. She took horrible photos and gave a poor description of a property that was actually very, very nice and would probably have been viewed far more often if she had done an even decent job. When trying to put offers on to a home she had listed, our agent was on top of the paperwork and constantly trying to reach Audrey, only to be met with vague responses and false information. Not to mention she was rude and didn't correspond with her clients in a timely manner. She was so awful to try to work with that we have literally lost all interest in buying the property. I would give her zero stars if I could.
