My wife and I were recommended by a friend of ours to use Chris as our realtor and we have nothing but good things to say. We had called a realtor listed on a home we wanted to look at and got a bit of a run around scheduling it. The realtor could not seem to understand our budget or our needs. As soon as we talked to Chris he was able to get us scheduled to see the house we had been wanting to look at. We got into a bidding war and even though our offer wasn't the highest, he had written it so well the sellers went with our offer. Chris was there every step of the way. He worked with our schedules. He helped us with the process of the home inspection, well/septic inspection and even the repairs. The repairs were a nightmare as the seller's "handyman" kept trying to back out of things that were agreed upon. Chris kept in contact with the sellers realtor to make sure everything was complete and kept in contact with us to let us know where everything was at. We had to be out of our rental before the house closed and was able to keep in contact with the seller and their relator to make sure we could gain early occupancy. Chris is absolutely amazing and will be the only realtor we use in the future. We truly feel we would not have gotten our home if it was not for Chris! We are forever grateful for him and highly recommend him.

Getting Chris to help us buy a home was the best decision we made! He has knowledge, wisdom, and very skilled at what he does. We appreciate that he knows all about the military; that was an extra set of knowledge we needed the person to help us out have. We are in our dream home now and he gets the credit! Chris dropped everything to help me on very short notice. I asked him at 10 am if he could help me close a quick cash offer on a house. He represented me well and the seller quickly accepted the offer. By 4 pm the same day we were under contract. The closing was arranged and was completed in under 10 minutes the next week. Chris did an excellent job facilitating the sale and making sure all paperwork was filed correctly.
