David was very pleasant to work with, both in the buying and selling process. He is from the Birmingham area and knows it well, including the many suburbs and the pros and cons of each. He made sure we were able to see the houses we wanted to see when we bought, and communicated well with us during the selling process. He made sure we knew all the ins and outs of the different offers we received for our home and how those could affect the sale. Overall, his expertise was very helpful in what can be an otherwise confusing and overwhelming process.
