Rented a champagne fountain for our wedding, it didn’t work! Had to have a friend serve champagne instead of enjoying the wedding with us. Asked for our money back and Taylor refused. Horrible experience, I’ve spent plenty of money with them over the years but they won’t be getting my business ever again.

They are thieves you rent equipment for the weekend and then they tell you when you drop off the machinery that you have a time limit of use. But they never said anything about a time limit they just said a weekend rental . And then give you damaged equipment and then try to blame you for the damage. Never rent from these thieves.

Went in to enquire about a backhoe. They only had a small terimite but she asked what I was planning to do and recommended a Bobcat excavator. Reasonable rates and friendly, helpful service!

Never do business with these people. Do not maintenance equipment. Send trailers without trailer lights or plugs. Then keep the cash deposit when you washed the machine.

Rented an older ditch witch (which they are phasing out) and it just didn’t cut it, so I returned it. The staff made it completely right, just like they said they would. Professional staff and fair prices. Seems like a small family owned business that will do their best to get you what you need.
