Worst company I've ever dealt with in Mason City. If I could leave less then one star I would. Stay clear of this company. If you thought Runde was bad this company is worse.

This is the worst leasing company in mason. My rent went up 50$ a month with half a weeks notice. For a repair made, that should've been fixed before we moved into the property! In my opinion these guys are worse than Rundee. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
