Very nice, clean and spacious townhouses. Well maintained and quiet. The 2 car garage is really great for this challenging Minnesota weather. The pool and exercise room is a very nice added addition.

Like many people on this thread, I would echo stating renters beware. When I moved in, the property was managed and owned by a different place and they were fantastic. However, when it switched over to Campbell properties it very quickly went downhill. Long turn around times for maintenance requests, not plowing snow for sometimes days, letting the grass become unsightly, not having the pool open ever, etc. Most concerning, when sold to Campbell properties, the leases were broken. It was stated in my lease that cable was provided in the rent. However, they changed the lease and no longer provided it without appropriate compensation. Along with other previously included utilities. I actually got a lawyer and had them contact them as I was going to sue. At that point, Randy (who is terrible and very rude and unhelpful) at Campbell properties allowed me out of my lease with no concessions if I didn’t sue. Part of me wishes I still did because of what they did to so many tenants. I got the heck outta there as quickly as possible. The property also has a major bee/wasp problem and maintenance doesn’t do anything about it, which is concerning as someone with a major allergy — I had to buy wasp repellant on my own. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking to lease as they go against basic MN housing laws with no regard to the people living in the property.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!
I would give this place negative 5 stars! we have been living here for almost 3 years when we first got here it was run by a property manager by the name of Bill/ Essence Corp. He was amazing very friendly kept everything well-maintained and we had no issues. Sadly a year or so in a new management company called Campbell Properties took over and it all went downhill. Within the first couple of months of them being EVERYONE started leaving. Unfortunately, we are stuck here on a 3-year contract. They charge you for EVERYTHING !!! They have a horrible turnaround from residents to their own employees. IF YOU HAVE PETS DO NOT COME HERE THEY CHARGE YOU A $400 FEE JUST TO HAVE THEM HERE!!! We never signed a new lease with them as BY LAW they have to honor our original lease and suddenly we are getting all these fees for no reason.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELS !!!

Worst place I've ever lived. Stay far away.
We got a poor quality townhome when moving in and when moving out, they took the entire deposit and claim we owe them money despite multiple people cleaning for hours. They lied and said "it went well" when we followed up initially and then send a letter weeks later saying we owe them after taking the entire deposit. Scamming, awful place. Beware, they're truly awful.
They have specials all the time and can't fill all of their townhomes. Watch out, the reason they have "specials" is so they can steal from you at the end weeks after you moved out.

Awful. New Manager Adam, is not professional, and wants to change everything. He favors certain tenants and will write lease violations just for parking on the road when we were originally told we could park when we moved in. Ours neighbors complain about everything. Definitely will not be resigning. Talking to other people they are also upset with new management.

Very well maintained, energy efficient and they treat good tenants like customers. They have fair fees for pet friendly units as well. Some have said they’re a bit expensive, but our experience was that total cost when we moved before our lease ended met our best expectations. Management and maintenance staff are excellent!

Falcon townhouses are amazing. The experience was awesome. The community was nice. Everyone was friendly! I was one of the first ones to have stayed at falcon and it really did feel like home. If I'm ever renting in the future ill definitely be heading back, thanks for the memories falcon

Holly was awesome! She's the one who showed us two different versions of the townhome we were looking at.

We haven't decided yet if we would really wanna live there or not.

The rooms on these townhomes are very very tight. There's not a lot of room inside even though they look big they've put way too many walls and hallways and the layouts of the rooms are very in efficient.

However, I would say one person's taste is completely different than somebody else. All I'm saying is it may not be the place for me.
