We moved in in June for my son’s bone marrow transplant after care. So far we have had a great experience. Management is quick to fix issues. The house is very nice. Neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. Nice amenities like a pool, gym, and grills. Close enough to hospitals to make it quick and easy to get to his regular appointments but not where we have to be right on top of it.

Toured this community last week for a friend that will be visiting Rochester for the Mayo Clinic for the next 11 months. Was very impressed as it’s basically Apartment living in your own new single family home. My friend is not able to shovel or do the yard work so best part is all maintenance is included in rent. Very different than the other homes I looked at for her in town. The clubhouse facilities with pool, gym, pickle ball courts was top notch. Pet friendly was a must too and they checked this box as well! Needless to say I’m pleased my friend will be in a great spot when she visits Rochester. Apparently there’s really good fishing in the private lake on property so my kids are excited to visit and fish!

We visited the model home and we were shown around by a very professional rental agent. The subdivision had very well done house types that should match most people’s requirements. We’re elderly and wanted a stair free unit that is accessible. Not always easy to find in the home rental market. They had one. If our health requirements had made it necessary to stay in Rochester, we would have rented here. Beautiful houses in a great location.

As a medical professional I highly recommend the Preserve at West circle community.
After working long hours you can enjoy the nice pool,the atmosphere the club house feels like home.
Jackie is very friendly and helpful and lot of fun to be around.

The management is very supportive and helpful with situating everyone into their home. It's really warm and welcoming, and the amenities are really great. The neighborhood is really calm and great for having fun with your pets. Having friends over is also a great atmosphere as there are great areas to hang out.

My husband & I visited the Preserve model home several months ago, in preparation for some ongoing medical treatment I may need at Mayo Clinic. We had an excellent experience with the representative in the model home. She answered all our questions, was very helpful & showed us models that be more accessible for me. We found the workmanship to be top quality and the different layouts and size options to be very good. We are considering a rental at the Preserve.
