Brenda is nice enough she just doesn't really know what she is doing. Horrible at responding to emails. Very forgetful. One person she hired as a handyman said the exact same thing of her.

I actually was around when I saw this encounter. It seem like the one gal was upset before the manager got there. From what I could here when walking my dog. One gal was there at the door approaching the lady whom repeatedly saying, I am just hear to take pictures and I was hired to take pictures and clean the home, another lady was near, then both ladies come up to the worker as you stated her name Brenda and started yelling at Brenda. From what I saw, I personally didn't see unprofessional encounter from Brenda. However I did see and hear two ladies upset and taken it out on someone that clearly was just hire to take pictures and clean.

Brenda is the best! She goes above and beyond to help me and all of her other tenants. The review by Steve Davidson is ridiculous. I bet this guy never dealt with Brenda. Everyone knows a deposit is to hold the property, which is forfeited if you back out of the deal. EVERY COMPANY DOES THIS. Don't listen to the clueless- Brenda is the best thing that has happened to me and she believed in me when I could'nt rent from anywhere else. She provided me a home. Trust in Brenda!

This review is NOT FAKE. Scroll down and you will see this person systematically trying to negate these claims the same way with many other people . The tenants name was Kate Alvarez we dealt with a woman named Brenda. Its so sad that this company cant have some compassion on a young family. 1350 dollars where paid to an agent one week prior to moving in then unfortunately the tenant was laid off. I understand that taking this property off the market for one week costs the company money. But to take that amount of money from a family stuggling to find a place and make ends meet just speaks volumes to the moral compass in which this company stands. Please be careful dealing with Brenda from this company. I just expected more from a small local company that claims that they care about the local candidates

I made several attempts to call Brenda and she was almost always late on returning my calls or sending out maintenance to fix things in my apartment. I even let her know that my apartment has a cockroach problem to which she didn't do anything about. Needles to say I alerted the BBB and only then did she kind of step up. Definitely would not recommend these services.

Brenda and opportunity Realty Really looked out in a time of need and urgency. Ive never met someone so dedicated to making sure you have a place to call yours and giving you the opportunity to become better. i got to move into my new home in less than a month. That shows you that Opportunity Realty cares. Im am beyond grateful to be in network with this company! 🙂
