They are a great team to work with to find a place to live. They helped me find my first apartment when I first moved out and now to my own house. I never forget rent and the one time I did they waved the fee because of it. They always made me feel understood and that they cared. Highly recommend

I've been renting with runde real estate for years now, and while it hasn't been exactly perfect, (what is, really?) They have been helpful, understanding, timely, and have helped my out of a tough bind when I needed new housing from uncontrollable circumstances . I've never had any issue getting maintenance done, and the staff members that I've interacted with have all been friendly. While I have had a situation that left me less than satisfied, it was only a minor inconvenience and I'm still comfortable enough with them to continue renting and recommending them to others.

Runde has always been a good landlord for me. I have rented from them several times and I’ve never had a problem. They have always fixed everything in a timely manner. They have been very understanding when I couldn’t pay on time. I would definitely recommend Runde.

We have rented a house from them for almost 3 years, they have been great to us always fixing stuff when needed very clean and nice when we first moved in always willing to work with us especially at the time my son was in hospital for a month, there staff is very friendly and kind as well never had any issues with them or there property's highly reccomend them for any of your renting or buying needs 🙂

Even though they have only been our landlord for a little over a month here in Hanlontown,IA I can tell you that they are very prompt when it comes to rent! They don't sit on your checks and make you worry or fret if they got them in the mail for days on end. Not to mention when I met the owners when they came out for the initial inspection they were friendly and kind and made it clear that they wanted a nice relationship between them and me!
