They filed an eviction on me in 2016. I counter filed. I had backed the things under the sink, both kitcken an bathroom. I put a half bag of rat poison under each. They sent my check back. Did nothing for rat problem, but lie. Finally telling me I had to take care of it. When the court date . The attorney said let's talk out side. We did. The agreement was they wouldn't old me anything and I don't owe them put I would move in thirty days. I found out the judge didn't sign the paper until December. I called Keystone Properties to get that eviction off my record, they want. They said give them the dismissal letter. When a neighbor told them I was leaving , all a lie.
