Dishonest, scammed 2k from me.

Listing said unit was "fully renovated", it was filthy, hair and nail clippings on the carpet, grease dripping from behind the stove, dirty windows. Clearly omitted pictures on the listing and made no effort to clean it between tenants.

Tried working with them and being reasonable, paid 2k to break the least and move into a better place after living less than 2 weeks there.

Had to message them multiple times to get my deposit back after they "mailed it" but never arrived, weeks later I had to I stop by in person to finally get it.

These people have no shame, do not rent from them.

Took over half of my security deposit for issues that were present in the apartment upon move in. I began a conversation with management disputing the charges and was told they would look into it. They then never responded to me and simply took half of the deposit anyway. During my tenancy, maintenance never fixed anything (at one point said flies and smell were due to my neighbors and never looked at any of the drains).

Cassidy is exceptional! My situation was a little different than most, I was pregnant and expecting before of the end the month and wanted to try get into a rental towards the last few days of my other lease versus waiting till the first of the upcoming month as most leases require.
Cassidy collected all my information very quickly, and was able to work to get the move- in date set earlier to create more relief for me and my children.
She was very helpful and pleasant when showing homes and when sent questions was very prompt with responses to me and very knowledgeable!

Slumlords! These people lied straight to my face said they never received calls from me when I talked to their receptionist Denise multiple times. I had to force a conversation in person for them to address my issues. They continued to deny I reached out to them saying they had no record of it. I know they deleted it to cover their tracks, but I have the proof I called them. As a tenant I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a landlord. They also tried to take my security deposit for normal wear and tear. They put in the invoice they charged me because they had to remove a singular push pin out of the wall. A singular push pin.
