I am absolutely in love with this place! It is very clean, and has a very homey atmosphere. It smells amazing! The lady there, I believe she was the owner was super kind and very knowledgeable of her business and her products. I got a peach ring tea, (I highly recommend!). My son got a peanut M&M shake, which was gone in 5 mins, so I think it's safe to say he loved his too!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Upscale energy is one of those companies that you hear about on tv on how shady and how crummy the work is, I never thought that I would get screwed over and not just myself but my uncle as well, I should’ve seen the red flags when they failed inspection 4 times and caused some damage to the side of my house and now that it slightly rained in my area my roof started to leak but before that I had spoken to the owner and told me for me to call the finance company (which I didn’t think was right) so long story short, he weaseled his way out of that conversation but when i called him back he would not answer and will not answer, they went back on what we agreed on when we did talk and said he would reimburse me for some of the labor and said that the check was in the mail which was never sent!!!! sooooooo my solar was $48k and now I have to fork out money to repair roof and did some on their screw ups, so STAY AWAY FROM UPSCALE ENERGY!!!!! Crooks
