I have known Mike since we were kids and I can say that he is one of the most hardworking and honest guys I know. He would give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would help you. When you are looking for a Realtor these qualities and attributes are certainly things you look for. But with Mike it is much more than that. He truly cares about his clients and the journey they are on. Sometimes selling or buying a home can be a very scary process and Mike has a way of smoothing out the bumps so his clients are more at ease with the process. It could be his good communications skills or his sense of humor, but working with Mike you will quickly see you have an advocate on your side. I recommend that you give him a call and see what sets him apart from the other Southern California Agents.

I wish I could give 6 stars. I was new to the home buying process and Michael was very patient with me. I moved from San Jacinto to Victorville and Michael took several trips to Victorville in over 100 degree weather to show me homes, sometimes driving all the way up there for just one home! When my eyes would get bigger than my bank account, he’d kindly remind me of what I said I wanted my max price to be. He wasn’t interested in the highest priced home (even though he paid on commission); his ONLY concern was getting me into a home I’d love forever. There was one home I never even got to see because he looked at the outside of it, called me before I got there and said the home was unacceptable and there was “no way” he was putting me into that home. By that time, I already trusted his judgement and made a u-turn to head to the next location. There were other homes I liked but Michael saw things he knew would be issues later and pointed said things out. Michael was a pleasure to work with and should I ever decide to buy again (or sell my new home), Michael will be my first call. I’ve already recommended him to multiple people and my people know I’m VERY particular about recommendations because it also puts my credibility on the line but with Michael, I have NO concerns. He’s great! Call him; you’ll be glad you did.
