This place is fine to rent from if you never expect anything to get fixed and/or expect to fix everything yourself. Haven’t had water 4 times in one month. Wont return calls, ignores calls. Terrible landlord, $24,000 in rent this year and can’t even get a retun phone call when the well (that’s share with the neighbor) quits working.
