Our agent, Shannon Murphy, was the best real estate agent I think I have ever dealt with. She was not only professional, easy to reach and get ahold of, explained things concisely and simply but she went above and beyond. I honestly think she should have gotten the commission on both ends, as she did all the work! She stayed in touch with us after the close of escrows just to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and if we had any questions. We had a very complicated escrow involving two different parcels of property. Thank you Shannon Murphy for your exemplary professionalism!

It started out great with our real estate agent until he left Century21. Then for 4 months their was little communication or input. Didnt even know who our knew agent was for awhile. We had about 4 open houses, some of them were not even advertised. No offers after 6 months. I think they gave up on us. Did not give us any input as to what we could of done. Would not go with them again. They were very nice , no rudeness at all.

Do not use Century 21 Rose!
The owner Don Jensen hung up on me, his client. He is refusing to cancel a contract. Losing his best performing agent is undoubtedly very hard. But Mr. Jensen needs to do the right thing. He will not negotiate with his former agent and clients! After Don Jensen's treatment of myself, and the other clients as well, we demand unconditional release from contracts with this business!

If you have to choose a realtor there are thousands to take your pick. If you want a team that is relentless in moving your home and looking out for your best interests than you only have ONE CHOICE. That choice is Derek Deville and his team (Holly & Deb). You will not find a more dedicated and effective combination marketing and sales strategy anywhere in the industry. Derek, Deb and Holly made the process insanely easy and quick. I watched other homes in my neighborhood languish on the market while I could barely keep up with the activity that they generated for my home. I sold my home in record time and above asking price. This team will never half step with you. You get 150% all day every day. DON'T make the mistake of choosing another typical realtor. I think this office is extremely professional and courteous . I have two daughters that have both purchased homes through this agency , and I cant say enough great things about Derik and staff. I would recommend them to everyone.

I'm forced to give them at least one star to write a review. The staff here are short tempered, uncooperative, and unprofessional. And on the side of all of this, one the ladies who works there as a realtor(I'm not going to say any names)seems to treat me differently than other clients of her own race, and seem to give them her service and gives me whats left over if I'm lucky, and it's not like she hides it either. I do everything I'm instructed to do as a client, and we've never got off on the wrong foot. I just can't get her to do her job, no matter how nice I am. If it was just me I could correct myself, and things would be better, but no matter what the effort, the results are still the same. I don't recommend them to get anything done, at all.

Extremely unprofessional and rude property manager named Dusty. You don't laugh and snicker at a customer making a reasonable request. Would not recommend this individual for property management or any kind of customer service. Very condescending attitude.
