Extremely unprofessional. My husband and I live in midtown Mobile, and Kelly McGinley's agency recently bought and renovated our neighboring foreclosure. Listed at an ungodly price of $260k for a very small house, not worth it AT ALL. We get a knock at the door yesterday, from the realtor, stating MY HOUSE is the reason hers isn't selling. OFFERS TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO CUT OUR GRASS AND POWER WASH THE HOUSE. Our house may not be the most perfect on the block, but we are two 23 year olds with full time jobs and lives, and we're lucky to be home a couple hours every day. Our house is clean, the grass is cut biweekly, and there's a couple pieces of wood in the driveway due to a porch remodel underway. Extremely offensive to suggest that WE are the reason your overpriced crack box isn't selling, when the OTHER neighbor (literally our next-door neighbor) sold extremely quickly. That realtor is extremely lucky my husband, the polite one, was the one home yesterday afternoon.
