My fiance and I were very disappointed at the way we were spoken to by Glenn Zimmerman. We spoke with him directly about a home that was listed on craigslist I was receiving text messages from a person about the home, which was a fraud. We drove by the house to see it in person, spoke with a man who was doing some repairs who came off a bit rude and sarcastic. The man complained that we were the 5th couple to stop by the home to request more info, to double check the address the house has been rented since last week. He gave us Glenn Zimmerman's card and told us to contact him asap. Glenn didn't even let my fiance finish his sentence and told us the house is already being rented out. He was extremely rude, we just wanted to know what was going on. He said "THAT IS FRAUD" he raised his voice and said "I DO NOT- DO NOT POST ON CRAIGSLIST" I responded calmly and said okay well where do you post? he responded with "I DON'T KNOW HOW ELSE I CAN EXPLAIN IT TO YOU GUYS, THAT HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE." Completely ignored my question, he was not helpful at all. If you would like to be treated with respect and receive direction into renting or buying a home speak with Tana Moreland Realtor Century 21 Beachside Realtors based out in Rancho Cucamonga. She was extremely helpful and gave us a list of places to look into, she is amazing!!!
