In not having any desire to make this public with a negative review, but with your continued review requests, as you've requested here is your review. Might add this is the third review request recently sent to me, guess they really want my comment.
Straight up answer, over 4 months ago I put in a maintenance request for a leaky roof, you can actually see sunlight through multiple holes in the roof lol. Nothing was done to repair the issue. Then hurricane Hillary made landfall, put in another maintenance request, roof repair guy came out night before Hillary hit and placed a tarp over the roof in question. Won't complain as he was allowed to do this, even though now it appears to be a permanent repair job to management lol.
Next is I put in a maintenance request recently and called the management office on a Wednesday to follow up during working hours explaining my garbage disposal is not working, sink is backed up and we're in the middle of cooking a large meal. No one came out and I was forced to bring in a plumber who unclog the sink and recommended replacing the garbage disposal due to it's age and being worn out. Note: I've lived here going on 6 years and it wasn't new when I moved in. Next day Thursday I receive a text message from management stating 1-2 days to come out and replace the garbage disposal. It's now Monday and no maintenance person has come out for this maintenance request.
Don't get me wrong, the maintenance personnel are knowledgeable and nice people, it's the management that's "hog tying" their efforts on keeping tenants satisfied. I see good people moving out that have lived here for many years as they have stated "they've had enough"! Perhaps in time people will have better reviews, keep trying management you can get things right.

The manager Cynthia is phenomenal
She always goes above and beyond when I need anything! I have only lived here for about 4 months now but me and my children love it here! It’s a beautiful place to live and very quiet and well kept!

We recently moved to CA and were looking to rent something that looked like a home since we had left our house back in WI and this place is perfect. They are newly remodeled inside and so nice looking. They really do need to update their website photos to show the updates; like the dark vinyl wood floors and painted cabinets with upgraded appliances. The manager Tammy is very nice and knowledgeable. We are in the process of getting approved for a place here and cannot wait to call this place home for years to come.

Quite area, have been here for 10 years and have enjoyed it. Well maintained, clean environment. Only thing missing is a play area for kids.

The pool is not unlock when it should be and the pool man should come more often, other than that it's a cool place to live.
