I've been renting from Priority One for 11 years now & absolutely love them! They are professional, friendly, respectful, diligent. You will not be disappointed if you with with this rental agency. They are quick to fix any problems that arise. They are always on top of responding to any emails or calls. The first property I rented from Carrie we lived in for ten years when the owner decided to sell the home. Carrie helped us find another home that would work for us. She maintained contact throughout the entire move out/move in process. She made sure my deposit refund was given back to me quickly. Savannah is absolutely the easiest person to deal with no matter what the issue. Again you will not be disappointed when dealing with Priority One. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place. Five stars isn't enough for Carrie & her team!

I am currently in a rental unit from Priority One and my experience has been good. The information they required for the rental process was just as any other place and was fairly quick (Mine took two days). They are great about sending someone out quickly to fix anything you are having an issue with and allow me to make slight upgrades with no hassle. People need to remember, they aren't obligated to be your bestfriend, they are there to help you stay in their unit if you qualify, make sure your payments are on time, and assist you if you have issues regarding their property you are staying in. I go in on time every month and drop off my rent, and go on my way.

Rented a house from them 4 years, moved out 4/2020 took a week off work to make sure all cleaning inside including kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls. Outside all weeds were done. Took pictures emailed to them to make sure we got our deposit back...well no deposit because they are charging us for the above things we already did. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless they want to get ripped off on their deposit.

DISCRIMINATION. Husband and I are trying to rent a home and have my disabled parents move with us due to them living to far away from their doctors and a better hospital. Before we were even given a showing of a home Carrie denied my family with the sorry excuse that we can not rent a home through them just because my parents do not live with my husband and I at this moment. With experience from a family of renters, I have never heard of any company denying a family from renting a home for such reason when families are always moving in together.

RUDE. My husband and I were looking for another rental house. He was out of state for military schooling and they wouldn't rent a house to us unless he physically saw it. I don't understand how they can deny someone who qualifies in all aspects to rent a house because he cannot physically see the house. I would think they would assist military veterans and there families but apparently they do not.

Worst place to try and rent from.... I went beyond in trying to get them all of my information so I could rent a unit from them. Their staff was rude and not educated at all about how renting out units works. I gave them so much of my time and info and was running around like an idiot trying to make sure they had everything they asked for so my family could get this apartment that they led me to believe that we were getting.... do not try and rent of them, you will be disappointed....

As an owner of rental house, they CHARGED ME TO CLEAN UP YARD. Tenant that moved out should have been charged.
