My husband and I feel like we dodged a bullet. I completely fell in love with a home for rent, when I called to inquire I was abruptly interrupted with “what’s your credit score!?”
I was a little thrown off, but my interest for the property was so strong. I had so many questions and it seemed as if they were not interested and or had the time to answer any questions. I called the phone number for days and no one answered. Apparently they want to keep it hush hush that it’s a family owned management group. I was told not to say anything after the gentleman slipped up and told me his kids aren’t local they run the company from Washington. I proceeded to spend $110 on the application. Low and behold the secretary from a Hesperia office called me a day after submitting applications. Only to tell me she wasn’t the one who processed applications and oh the phones were not working. Later that evening I received a text from a Kristian who handles the applications in an unkind uninterested text stating she needed bank statements…. I was starting to feel more uneasy so I googled the company and whoooo the reviews are not good.
I’m sad because the property was an absolute treasure and my family would have really taken care of that home, but I would have rather loose $110 to the application than our tranquility with this odd management group.

The place is a fraud. They have a places listed for rent that They keep taking off and on for rent hiking up and down the same property prices . Don’t ever return your phone call request a whole bunch of information from you and don’t approve you for the place after all the run arounds take your money you don’t hear from them unless you keep calling them to get a update on your application. Beware this place is a fraud and they don’t have any attention and renting the properties Just take your money for the application fee knowing they aren’t going to rent to you. This place is bad business 👎👎👎

Bunch of scammers and trolling. I came to a showing early and tried calling parker integrity and can't get in contact with anyone and their voice message bot keeps saying i'm late I arrived at 7:50am with appointment at 8:00am and waited for lockbox code via text which they said they would send me after confirmation and never happened. I can’t get in contact with any agent on their website. This is bs.

Bad service, I sent the documents and they asked me for them again, they just took my money, the person who handles my application doesn't even respond, do not apply with this agency, it is the worst customer service I have ever seen

Got denied because my current landlord hasn’t responded to the payment history verification. I have my receipt showing I make deposits into their account every month. I can’t force them to show their bank statements. But they kept my $100 applications fee 👎🏾

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
I do not recommend working with them at all.
Applications's department is extremely unprofessional, so is the manager.
They led us to believe they were contacting the property owner for 3 weeks. The whole time they weren't even trying.
Told me not to contact the front desk regarding my application.. who else am I to contact when the applications department isn't answering the phone!?
And with 48hrs to make a life changing decision!
Very rude and unprofessional company.
They tried to double our deposit and kept our application fee! Money hungry company! Beware!

I've been a tenant for this company for nearly a year now. Haven't ever missed a rent payment. Yesterday I get a text saying my renter's insurance had lapsed and to submit documentation, showing I corrected the issue, by 9 AM today. I called to see if I could get a 24-hour extension since I have a lot on my plate work wise. Kristian, the representative I spoke with, told me I had to submit it by the end of the day, Wednesday. Again, I asked if I could please submit everything by 9 AM, Thursday. She denied and then had the nerve to get offended when I mentioned that her refusal was nothing more than a petty power move against the working class. Apparently her fragile ego didn't like this very much because she texted me back saying she spoke with the owner of the management company, Jennifer, and she said I had to provide documentation by 9 AM today or I would be subjected to a $100 lease violation and be served a 3 day notice. Mind you, this was less than 5 minutes after I finally got her to agree to give me a 24 hour extension. The lack of proprietary of some people never ceases to amaze me.

One of the best places to buy/rent up here in the high desert. When I moved up to the high desert from LA I made the mistake of not going with these guys at first. The difference is astounding... Eric personally showed us the place we wanted to rent - not pushing us to go faster, answering all of our questions (opposite of the last company we were with), and went overboard helping us with the paperwork after we said we wanted the place. The two years I rented from Parker Properties were the best ever - paid rent online, when something broke it was fixed INSTANTLY. We had a plumbing issue on a weekend and they called a plumber out within 20 minutes of me reporting the problem (wow). They have a very detailed walk through before and after you move in/out - I got my deposit back that same week. Really nice people working here. Definitely recommend checking Parker Properties out if you're moving up here.
