As a tenant this real estate sucks!!!!!!! They take their time to fix any repairs and then kick you out illegally for the damages their negligence caused. They want you homeless before they actually help. They also threatened you to get out with in a 24hr process

As a professional in the Real Estate industry it is hard to trust your client with someone else. I was referred to Beau from The Way Properties by another agent and he did not disappoint. The referral went great, he worked with my client as a local agent and any questions that I had regarding the client he was able to answer them quickly. His process and follow up is great, he handles rentals like a seasoned pro. The tenants and landlord had nothing but good things to say. I will be using him again. I highly recommend.

We have worked with Beau for many years now. My Mother and I have him managing 3 homes that we own locally. He seems well qualified, knowledgeable and down to earth. He appears to have mutual respect for both tenants and homeowners. We have had the same tenants, paying on time, not abusing property since he placed these tenants in our properties 4 years ago. I wish he worked as far as San Diego and Palm Springs area, where we have other rentals.

He always deals with maintenance issues in a very practical manner. Always choosing to do repairs that save the tenant and owner headaches in the future.
