I Am living in citrus villas and so far I Am loving the environment management super helpful always finding soluciona to problems also i love the fact that they stick with very good regulations with the application process which makes every of the locations a very Safe environment

The worst place to live, the 1st month i was there i started having plumbing issues until the las day. Mold issues etc leaking issues. I always had people working on my unit all the time. If i can rate it 0 stars i would. Management and Staff is the worst, they like to pressure the tenant in many ways to force them to leave. Units are old and their prize is super high. Definitely don't not recommend.

I’ve been living at Rosewood Villas for several years now and I love this place!
It’s a smaller complex making it easy to know neighbors, who are all quite nice and look out for each other!
I have beautiful views and sunsets of the lights of downtown Escondido!
Management is on it if anything is needed, and they are great at taking good care of the property!
Most importantly we have a sweetheart Manager, Tina who keeps everything running smoothly and makes living here a joy!!

I lived in Hickory Apartments Maria the manager she is amazing always helping us on our needs. My family love her!!!.
I loved the property as well as the units well maintained. Maintenance is quick, you don't have to wait for days to have something fixed.
Great apartment living for the price.
Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Great company and properties.
I am surprised to read the previous review. As a long-term term tenant, I must disagree wholeheartedly.
The property is one of the most secure in the area. Fully gated and completely fenced with added reinforcement in recent years. It is well taken care of and beautiful.
Personal design opinions are not typically a good determining factor of a rental property. Changes happen in all communities, and GHE always takes excellent care to keep things clean and beautiful. Any items I have had that needed attention have always been taken care of quickly and professionally. GHE is a wonderful choice in Escondido. I highly recommend it.

As a tenant that has been here for 6 years we absolutely love the area and management we have. The complex is really calm and enjoyable to live in with a great gated community. Our manager Marilou is very attentive to ensure all request are meet and is attentive to do follow ups on anyone’s needs. Being under GH&E management has been great they always accommodate any inconvenience to the tenants by taking care of us with little things such as getting a Kona ice cones for the kids on the weekends. They are mindful of pest control seasons and randomly do fumigate to ensure everyone is living comfortable with no worry of pest. Not to mention affordable and reasonable price for the rent for a nice living apartment that f the la like home.

This company makes housing very affordable and rents are very reasonable. You can really tell they work hard to maintain their properties clean and safe for their tenants. I would definitely recommend renting with them.
