Everything is extremely overpriced at True Legacy’s sales. Company only seems to care about their profit, not the family’s. I don’t understand the idea of having everything priced so high that it doesn’t sell and then on the last day announcing everything’s a dollar. Whoever does the pricing does not know what they are doing.

I should preface this by saying i was let go from this employer but this isnt a woe is me review. Just lending some common knowledge from a "management" position. I didn't wanna post this because I thought it'd be too low vibration. But honestly, it's just been bothering me lately. And I know I'm not the only person that this company has screwed over. A glorified real estate office trying to dip their greedy fingers into the world of Estate Sales. To be completely honest everyone that works in the "Field" aspect of this company are the people that should be running it. Not the people in the "office". I get it. Your a business owner tryna make that money. But I've never seen a more gross display of power exchange between management and HR, hiring staff, etc. I'm thankful I was only with the company for less than a year. Truly, without going on a tangent. These people are a bunch of clowns. Very poor communication skills, terrible time management, and the list of priorities is wild.
TLDR
This is a company that doesn't care about it's employees. Not something that's so uncommon right.. but the difference here is TLH advertises themselves as 1 big family, 1 big team. Here to help you in your time of need (*customers) . Simply a bold faced lie. I've seen more people get wrongfully fired, let go, put in a situation where they much rather be unemployed than deal with the people in charge.

Lastly if you made it this far. I once, after being told to rush my work day to make it back for a "team meeting" to be told that the company was expanding and this is a celebratory time for the company.
1 week later they let go 8 people who not only sacrificed a lot of their time and energy to work for the company, way longer than me. Told everyone they were downsizing. And my coworker who had a language barrier which they'll exploit. Worked an entire year with no time off no missed days, brought it to HR attention for them to tell him after the year ended he would be able to take a week off. Only for them to withdraw that offer due to clerical issues and that vacation time not used doesn't rollover. And he would have to have his vacation time reaccumulate over the following year. Criminals if you ask me.

I am pleased to say our estate sale was seamless from start to finish. Patrick came and told us what to expect and did the paperwork and then Tony led the staging and the sale itself. Both were communicative and responded to all communication and inquiries in a timely manner. My mother’s belongings were displayed with class and elegance, which was a comfort to our loss. Patrick also offered us a competitive cash offer for the home and everything went as promised. There were no hidden fees and the house closed one week after the estate sale. I highly recommend this company.

Guy named Tony , who as is his words "I'm running this show' is very rude , so rude our party had to leave !! He needs to be replaced if he is not the owner .. if he is the owner , he needs an aditude adjustment..
