We rented from a place managed by Pacific Trust Property Management from January 2020 to May 2024 in Long Beach and can’t say enough great things about them. We had a horrible management company at our previous place in Torrance so going from them to Pacific was amazing. Kevin was our point of contact and any issue we had, he got it handled right away. I don’t think we had to wait more than a day or two for anyone to come look at any issue we had. We even had one day we came home on a Sunday night and water was gushing out of our garage. Water stop gasket had blown and I called Kevin and he came right away and stopped the water until the plumber could come Monday. We only moved because the owners of our place decided to sell and we bought a place or we would happily rent from any other property they manage. We highly recommend them!

After a recommendation from two family friends, I began working with the Pacific Trust Property Management team a few months back and it has been a great experience. They clearly explained the process to me (I am fairly inexperienced as this was my first time renting out a property) and were incredibly fast to get my home on the market and occupied!

Kevin specifically has been amazing in his communication and he has made himself available to me 24/7. I will certainly continue to use the Pacific Trust Property Management team and recommend them to anyone who's looking to rent out their property!
