DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE!!! They are somewhat friendly, but hellava incompetent. I have lived in a rental from them for 14 years, and believe it or not some work orders haven't been fulfilled since 2012. I included pictures of just one incident that took them 10 months to handle. Nov 2022 Jan 2023 when it rained every day for almost 3 months a pipe burst under the house, when advised they NEVER sent anyone for damn near a year. We had to put bingo paint on ground so some fell and hurt themselves walking in that room. over 9 months waiting. I will not even bother to talk about how long the plumbing went without fixing.. lets just say so long I gave up on their rent like they gave up on serving their tenants.. If you for some reason have to rent from them, cause most of the properties are financially better priced than general market. But aware the run through staff like crazy except Miss Kathyann she's been around since before me... GOOD LUCK and run if you can and why can't we give them ZERO stars?

These are my peeps 4many. moons! extremely friendly & courteous! Very helpful for your rental needs! 😄with great sadness I now have a new management co. respond to! To me Crestwave will be a place where I have a 3decade long association with, they will always be my friends with their absolute kindness 2me & my family, been a 2nd family! I will always highly recommend them 4ur rental needs!😄👍🤘👏

The owner, John Briscoe, is a selfish person who only cares about himself and money. He is nice when all is going well, but if you need help he will not support you unless required to do so by law. No compassion for people he treats as being less than him. Find another company.

called ahead to make sure the apartment I was interested in was still available and I was told that it was, when I arrived they said the apartment had been rented the day prior. Wasted time from work driving in rush hour traffic from Newport Beach. don't waste your time with this company

Very rude receptionist , turned my keys in and I had to ask for a return notice of key receipt , and she said there were none left and proceeded to ignore my request until I had to argue her for a receipt .
